‘Highly entertaining’, ‘excellent value’, ‘great fun’ – this is how the lunch at Thurlestone Hotel with MP Dr Sarah Wollaston has been described. Thank you so much Sarah for your insights and contribution to our fundraising lunch which was clearly thoroughly enjoyed and raised much needed funds for our charity. Featured in our photograph with Sarah is law student Theo Whitmore, who was home from university for the weekend. He described it as thought provoking and very interesting. Food for thought indeed! We were very grateful to Sarah and Prime Minister Mrs Teresa May for donating a bottle of champagne for our auction at the event.
